You've just found the home of the British quizzing community! Here you'll find lots of people who are fanatical about quizzes, lots of great trivia questions and lots of useful information to help you get on TV and to improve your general knowledge.

We're very excited about our new site. Some great sections will be opening over the coming months. There will be a quiz training school and online quiz events too. For now though, the forum is open for discussion about all things quiz - from TV shows to the World Quizzing Championships and everything in between.

The National Quiz Circuit

We are delighted to announce 11 venues for the 4 November UK Quiz Circuit event, which includes an additional quiz - the 'Brows' quiz - a 100 question quiz split 50/50 with high brow and low brow questions that give you UK rankings points. Please make sure you register by TUESDAY 31 OCTOBER to give us time to get the questions into the post for your hosts.

  • October Quiz Event Results

    Congratulations to Didier Bruyere who has won the October Quizzing Grand Prix with a storming 135.7 points, including a 30.4 in Physical World. Second place goes to Pat Gibson with 134.5, followed by Ian Bayley in third place on 132.6 points, including 30.6 in Art, Culture and History, and a whacking 30.8 in Physical World.

  • British Quizzing Champion 2017 - Kevin Ashman!

    All hail the British Quizzing Champion 2017, Kevin Ashman! Kevin got 150 points, five ahead of his nearest rival Pat Gibson (145). Third place goes to Mark Cooper with 140.

  • July Quest Grand Prix - Report

    Down the years the average score in UK-set Grands Prix quizzes has been in the low-to mid 80s (the maximum possible score being 156 , with tie-breaker bonus). And typically about 20% of the field get through the 100-point barrier, generally seen as the mark of a very strong performance, by GP standards.
