Re: SIGN UP: Birmingham Grand Prix : 4th October 2014

Would it be possible to add Jonathan Elliott? It would be his first GP.

Sure, no problem. See you both tomorrow! Regards, Chris

If they're warblers then the insect is presumably grasshopper, mouse could be wood and fox could be arctic.

Re: Continuous Quiz: Tenpin Bowling

Susan Hill is right (though perhaps not as well known as I'd thought...) So we have: 1. An English rose - Hawthorn - Mike Hawthorn 2. European country - Republic of Ireland - Innes Ireland 3. Ghost story author The ghost story by this author has been successful in three different media. 9. US singer-songwriter This musician's most famous song is pertinent to the ...

Re: Continuous Quiz: Tenpin Bowling

I believe Al Stewart is Scottish, although you have alerted me to the fact that there are almost certainly other American singer songwriters who fit the theme, though I don't think any do quite as well as the one I'm looking for.

For the quiz machine, I'm looking for a non-human.
