OK - some techie person will no doubt help me. There's the link I am trying to use.... the new site seems to paste the instructions in square brackets - /url etc with BOTH the opening and closing ones together. I have tried to interpose the link, but having no success.

Can one of you wonderful people help post the above properly, and tell me what I am doing wrong? I tried posting the picture to Flickr, and using the details there, but seem to be doing that incorrectly too.
