Re: Gameshow.co.uk
It's not fraud. I received my winnings today. I doubt that it will run again though, unless they manage to generate enough interest from people willing to pay for game credits. Perfectly possible however, as many "freemium" mobile games now offer in-app purchases to buy game currencies like this.
Re: Gameshow.co.uk
I've received my modest winnings today as well (direct to my bank account.)
Like Nic says, I doubt if it will run again but I suppose if Jamie thinks it might take a while to get going and is prepared to shell out a fraction of his millions to see how long it might take to become profitable, who knows.......

Good to know it's not a scam.
How did yo get to hear about this anyway? This thread was the first time I'd come across it.

I agree with Diane. I doubt there's a problem giving a sort code and account number. Every invoice I pay has these details on it so that I can pay by BACS. The guy running this appears to be the major entrepreneur who founded Glasses Direct one of the biggest online spectacle providers with a lot to lose from being associated with anything dodgy. It appears to be an experimental run and I can well believe he would be happy to back it up with decent prizes in the hope of making bigger money down the line. I'm also inclined to believe it is kosher because Jamie and I will have won a grand and our expenses for the EQC will have been met. Thank you.

It looks good to me. A grand has just been credited to my account. I didn't understand why, scam or not, people didn't add second and third players to their scores! It was pretty easy to get in the hundred + prize money... with three relatively mediocre scores. I am sure if it runs again and proves not to be a scam, people would put more effort in. This will nicely pay for the Tartu trip for Steve, Dave Squire and myself.

Great, Jamie. GTFI as they say.
Re: Gameshow.co.uk
Never took the risk of sending him my details and there no longer seems to be way of sending the details so missed out on 100 pounds. Bugger.
