This is a clever question. I think its 1985 and 1987 but they wtre consecutive tournaments as they missed out 86 so that they could swap from December to January

Well spotted Hugh. Correct in every detail.

There were 2 championships in 1977 for some reason one in January and one in December!

Not more than 147, although that's a great shout- it was Jamie Burnett who scored a 148

Its to do with the World Championships. No one else has done this- not Hendry, O'Sullivan, Davis, Higgins, Reardon, Spencer, Selby etc etc
