Wild stab at 6 then - which I assume is the OOO

Black Pearl - which is a jewel (inedible) that you get from an oyster - which of course is food.

Hope I'm not right as a) I'm nipping in at the end and b) I can never set these things...

(And if I am right - doubting myself now - Dysart did suggest Pearl earlier...)

No, not black pearl. There is no OOO.

As an eleventh-hour intervention it seems they're all places so the dowry part must be a castle or estate. Could number 6 be Leeds Castle? Could be the o-o-o but so could Seville as it's not a British placename.

No, not Leeds, and I can't off-hand think of a foodstuff associated with Leeds.

You're right to think of a place, but it's not a castle or estate. The associated food might be considered odd, but it's not intended to be an o-o-o.

How about Mumbai/Bombay as in our old friend the fishy Bombay Duck?
Can't place the Queen though ...

Yes, Bombay (part of the dowry of Catherine of Braganza).

And that completes the set.
