Kyoto and Solo are both anagrams of capital cities and Mole is only 1 letter out from at least 2 anagrams so could be the OOO but I can't get any further with that idea...

Mole is an anagram of Lome, so not the oOo

1. Mink could be the OOO because its plural is an anagram of Minsk.

With acknowledgements to those who have gone before...

1. Minks (= Minsk)
2. Retain (= Tirane, in an alternative spelling)
3. Solo (= Oslo)
4. Animal (= Manila)
6. Mole (= Lome)
7. Rumba (= Burma) oOo
8. Lame (= Male)
9. Kyoto (= Tokyo)

These are all correct except for number 7, it wasn't the answer I had in mind, however, number 7 is the oOo and the reason it is the oOo is the same as why Burma is - if that makes sense! So I would give you number 7, but can anyone get the one I was thinking? Given that it is the oOo because it is an anagram of a country, rather than a capital. Anther/Tehran for number 10 is also correct. Just 5 to go (a little more obscure)!

Google tells me the capital of St Lucia is CASTRIES which is an anagram of scariest.
I'm sure we've had the dance question before but can't remember the answer

Castries/Scariest is correct. That's more or less it all solved, except for the oOo - which has kinda been solved already.
