It's a shame that we lost Gerry Anderson recently, so in his honour;
in Captain Scarlet, there was a vehicle called an SPV; what about it might the driver have found unorthodox?

Is that the one where the driver faced backwards, driving by means of a screen showing the view frowards?

Exactly right Pete, the idea being to avoid a vulnerable windscreen or eyeslit. Not something I'd like to try, reversing a Winnebago using a camera was hard enough.

Thanks Silverghost. I always thought it a bit odd that you'd want to avoid vulnerability when you were indestructible, but there goes.
To keep it Anderson then - Captain Scarlet features "Supermarionation" of course, which was Gerry & Sylvia's trademark style of puppetry. Which TV series was the first to use Supermarionation (although it was uncredited)?

Re: Continuous Quiz: TV
As a clue (I hope), Silverghost was almost correct, since Supercar was the first programme to actually include the name Supermarionation in its credits, but the technique was actually first used (uncredited) in the Andersons' previous series.
