It was he - he played a holiday rep in the first series of Rab C Nesbitt, which was shown on BBC2 last week - when the Nesbitts and Cotters go on holiday to Spain

That's interesting, I don't remember that, and I'm pretty sure I've seen that one.

On a Coia theme, what was the longest word allowed on Catchword?

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis was what I was looking for but yours is a good 2nd so I think you deserve to set the next one.

Did you go on Catchword then? I enjoyed watching it.

My next quiz show question if I get to ask one will be about Matermind.

Yes, I was on in 1990 - myself and Barbara Thompson were beaten by a Cambridge undergraduate who had already won four programmes and - you can probably guess the next bit - he got floccinoccinihipilification, and I didn't, which probably decided the match. Paul Coia was absolutely brilliant - best TV host I've ever come across.

In which stately home is Downton Abbey filmed?

I believe it to be Highclere Castle in Berkshire?

If correct, will set the next question after the England match :P

It is indeed, although we're meant to believe it's near where I grew up in North Yorkshire.

Please set us another question

Cheers Andy

Without thinking or looking up a question, i'll use the following question which was asked earlier tonight in the Rochdale and District Quiz League.

The first series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! appeared on our screens in 2002, the series winner was Tony Blackburn, but who came runner-up to Blackburn in the final?
